Our comfortable wetsuits and spacious tour rafts allow you to slip in and out of the warm waters of the Atnarko River at your leisure, enjoying the sunny views of the riverscape, or the spectacular underwater world of the Pacific Salmon!

Expect to see numerous juvenile salmon, trout, adult spawning salmon and other underwater life, including mussels and resident whitefish. Biologists will be on hand, and underwater with you to answer your questions and point out fascinating ecosystem features.

We'll enjoy a day on the river with hot tea, cold drinks and snacks to top it off.

Lunch on the Atnarko RiverKynoch Adventures provides all equipment and trips depart daily from Bella Coola Mountain Lodge in Hagensborg in the Bella Coola Valley during July and August. Advanced booking of 24 hrs is required during peak season (July 20 to August 10).

Trips are suitable to all fitness and adventure levels, with no snorkeling experience required. Guides are qualified PADI Dive Masters and provide hands on snorkeling training as part of the trip! Suitable for children over 10, while accompanied by a parent.
