Rates or fees posted or otherwise advertised on our website or other correspondences, including e-mails, DO NOT include applicable taxes unless specified. Taxes are additional to all rates and vary according to activity or service. Please inquire about specific tax rates if required.
Corporate & Discount Rates:
Must be requested and agreed upon prior to arrival. Any guest arriving without an agreed-upon corporate rate will be charged regular rates for the appropriate season.
Reservations:
A valid credit card is required for all reservations regardless of method of payment on arrival at Bella Coola Mountain Lodge and you must be at least 19 years of age to make a reservation.
Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am.
Early Check-in is not guaranteed; however, we will try to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Policy:
7 Day cancellation policy - results in a charge of the full stay
30 Day cancellation policy on group bookings of 4 or more rooms
If your reservation is cancelled within the cancellation days ( 7 for standard Reservations or 30 days for group reservations ) this will result in a full stay charge
LONG TERM Stays ( 10 Days or more) 30 day cancellation policy
TOUR GROUPS : with 4 or more rooms blocked - 60 Day release

Dirty Dishes left in room after check out will result in a $25.00 Cleaning fee.
ANY Damage or excessive mess left at check out will be charged to the card on file.
Additional fees for damage, excessive mess or pet damage will be determined by Management
Refund Policy:
No refund for no-shows.
No refund for early check-outs.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, office, hallways or other indoor areas of Bella Coola Mountain Lodge. Guests may smoke in designated outside areas only, while abiding to posted signage. Failure to observe the no-smoking policy may result in charges of $500.00 or actual costs incurred for restoring areas to non-smoking standards for hospitality (the greater of these charges will be applied).
Meals Not Included:
Meals are not included in any price quotes unless specifically noted by Bela Coola Mountain Lodge.
Pet Policy:
Bella Coola Mountain Lodge offers a small number of pet-friendly rooms to well behaved pets, with an additional fee of $25 per day per pet. Please inquire at time of booking. All pets must remain on a leash and in control by the owner at all times while on the property of Bella Coola Mountain Lodge, and are not allowed in the Bistro. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A fine will be charged to any owner who does not clean up after their pets and/or any damage to a room by a pet or excessive cleaning.
Damage Recovery Policy:
The person making the reservation is responsible for all damages caused to room furnishings and fixtures. Where a tour agent makes a reservation on behalf of their traveling clientele, the tour agent will be responsible for damages.

Bella Coola Mountain Lodge complies with British Columbia's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Personal Protection Act. You are anonymous to us until you knowingly provide us with information, and we commit to keep confidential any information you provide to us.

Bella Coola Mountain Lodge do not collect personal information, except when it is provided to us voluntarily by the site visitor. Bella Coola Mountain Lodge do reserve the right, however, to collect and perform statistical analysis of the internet traffic of this website for its internal use. However, information collected does not allow Bella Coola Mountain Lodge to identify any individual or any personal information of the visitor.
